Pay Range:$19 - $23/hr to start

Status: Full Time / Hourly Non-Exempt

Outcome of the Role

The RCM Specialist Dental AR is responsible for working independently and as a team to contribute to the success of the Revenue Cycle Management department. The position’s main objective is to maximize cash flow while maintaining and improving internal and external efficiencies and compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. The outcome of the role is achieved by following Hero Core Values:

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 6 months of experience in Medical or Dental revenue cycle or 1 year of experience in Medical or Dental Front Office
  • Experience with EMR/EHR
  • Experience with Insurance Companies
  • Experience with Remote Work

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Dental Revenue Cycle
  • Experience with Medicaid billing and collections

Physical Requirements

This position requires full range of body motion. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, walk, and stand; talk and hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to handle, feel or operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally 50.

Salary and Benefits
