Job summary

Stratum Med, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Cycle Coding & Auditing Manager to provide strategic and day-to-day leadership over coding, education, and billing compliance.

The role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant coding of billable services and oversees audits, education, and workflow optimization across Revenue Cycle. You will partner with Clinical Operations, Revenue Cycle and IT to enhance reimbursement, reduce denials, and ensure adherence to federal/state regulations and payer policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management or equivalent.
• CPC, CCS-P, and RHIA certifications required within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead coding and auditing staff; set performance goals and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee workflows, queues, and staffing to meet productivity and SLA standards.
• Manage budgets and forecast staffing/resources for volume and compliance.
• Standardize policies and controls for consistent, compliant operations.
• Oversee internal and external coder audits with focus on quality.
