Job summary

Mary Dickson is seeking a Revenue Cycle Consultant to supervise and lead the Revenue Cycle Team. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of patient financial services experience in an FQHC is preferred.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare revenue cycle setting is required.
• Knowledge of medical practice protocols related to revenue cycle management.
• Knowledge of insurance benefit plans and explanation of benefits.
• Current knowledge of regulatory requirements and codes.
• Demonstrated ability to use software applications and information systems.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and interact professionally.
• Ability to analyze situations and respond appropriately.

This includes training and evaluation of staff; AR management; claims production; billing system setup, coding, chart documentation practices, patient experience, optimizes revenues and maximizes reimbursement for patient services by analyzing billing, coding, reimbursement, charge posting and charting procedures. Reporting and analytics will be performed as needed.
