Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in revenue cycle management within healthcare environments.
• Experience with healthcare billing and revenue recognition.
• Strong analytical skills including advanced Excel and large ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, including billing, payment posting, and reconciliations across multiple payors
• Analyze denials, underpayments, and reimbursement trends; recommend corrective actions
• Partner with internal teams on revenue recognition, adjustments, and write-offs
• Build and maintain reporting and dashboards while supporting automation and process improvement initiatives
