Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a Revenue Cycle Supervisor in High Point, NC to lead the AR Coordinators and optimize billing, collections, and first-stage denial processing. Qualifications

• Familiarity with billing, collections and denials workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly AR tasks for billing, collections and denial handling.
• Supervise staff, organize work processes, and ensure department objectives are met.
• Assist in cash flow planning by understanding strategies and expectations.
• Monitor receivables, billings, denials and bank remittances; resolve unapplied cash.
• Ensure internal controls and financial security are followed.
• Protect confidential information and company assets.
• Support revenue cycle goals and broader company mission.
• Review escalated accounts, investigate non-payments and negotiate payments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
