Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst to implement, test, modify, and administer Epic Revenue Cycle modules and billing interfaces. The role acts as a liaison between vendors, IT staff, and end users to analyze needs, document changes, and optimize reports and processes.

The ideal candidate will have Epic Certification within 2 months and at least an Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with strong revenue cycle experience.

Qualifications

• Epic Certification within 2 months.
• Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Experience with revenue cycle systems and billing.

Responsibilities

• Develops, tests, and maintains Epic Revenue Cycle modules and related billing systems.
• Identifies system requirements and ensures alignment with user needs.
• Plans and manages small projects; documents design and testing results.
• Creates and maintains ad hoc reports and standard reports for revenue cycle.
• Supports 24x7 environments and participates in on-call rotations.
• Enforces Carle Foundation policies and procedures.
