The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of revenue cycle experience (or 9 years if the advanced degree is not pursued).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Revenue Cycle or related field.
• Experience leading revenue cycle analytics projects.
• Strong knowledge of EPIC and data systems.
• Experience identifying gaps and driving change with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management initiatives for major revenue cycle programs and changes.
• Collaborate with operational leaders and IT/Analytics to ensure successful outcomes.
• Track and analyze KPIs to drive meaningful improvements.
• Document issues and align stakeholders to move initiatives forward.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Revenue Cycle
