This role collaborates closely with the operational leaders within the Revenue Cycle and corresponding departmental stakeholders, at the direction of the VP of Revenue Cycle, to drive meaningful and impactful change to key KPIs.Leads project management initiatives for major program rollouts, e.g. policy changes, technology changes, and process improvements with appropriate work plans designed to guarantee success and a feedback loop to validate results. Collaborates with operational colleagues at all levels of the organization to identify issues that ensure we are solving the right issue and engaging appropriate stakeholders in our change journey.Learns and tracks operational KPIs to ensure that we are making meaningful and significant impact to business model. Engages with operations leaders to identify gaps in data or system requirements and collaborate with appropriate business partners, IT, and Analytics leaders to best effect change. The base pay range for full-time employment is $95,430.40 - $148,366.40 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
