The role supports Patient Services and leadership to resolve payment issues and improve collections. The analyst mentors peers, conducts education sessions, and continuously develops Epic and desktop tooling skills to drive data-driven projects.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• 3 years revenue cycle experience preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced Word and Excel.
• Expanded Epic knowledge with basic report writing.
• Ability to collect and analyze data.
• Excellent communication, customer service and problem solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Process self-pay accounts receivable according to state requirements.
• Assist Patient Services peers and leadership in resolving patient accounts and payments.
• Mentor teammates; lead education sessions on receivables management.
• Develop skills with Epic and desktop tools to manage projects using data analytics.
