The analyst collaborates closely with clinical, financial, and administrative teams to ensure accurate and timely revenue capture while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. By leveraging data analytics and reporting tools, the Revenue Cycle Analyst provides actionable insights that drive decision-making and support continuous improvement initiatives. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of medical billing, coding, and reimbursement processes.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Meditech or business intelligence software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Revenue Cycle Management (e.g., Certified Revenue Cycle Professional - CRCP).
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and revenue cycle management software.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA and CMS guidelines.
• Experience working in a multi-facility healthcare environment.
