Mercy is seeking a healthcare finance professional for a hybrid role centered in Oklahoma City. You will analyze managed care contracts, model financial impacts, and assist revenue cycle with contract implementations across Mercy’s West Communities and broader operations.

Required: a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years in healthcare finance with managed care/revenue cycle experience; advanced Excel skills and strong communication. Preference for MBA/MHA/MPH or CPA."

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Five years of experience in Healthcare finance with experience in managed care and/or revenue cycle.

Responsabilidades

• Manage managed care modeling and analysis for contract negotiations.
• Support revenue cycle regarding contract implementation.
• Provide support for escalated contract adjudication issues.
