Mercy is seeking a Managed Care Analyst to support hospital managed care for West Communities and Mercy-wide initiatives. The role includes modeling and analysis for contract negotiations, and coordinating with revenue cycle on contract implementation and adjudication issues.

The position is hybrid with on-site expectations at a Mercy location, preferably in the Oklahoma City area, with regional possibilities. A Bachelor's degree and 5 years in healthcare finance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Five years of experience in Healthcare finance, with managed care or revenue cycle exposure.

Responsabilités

• Support hospital managed care for West Communities and Mercy-wide responsibilities.
• Perform managed care modeling and analysis for contract negotiations.
• Communicate with revenue cycle regarding contract implementation and escalated adjudication issues.
