Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct operational and analytical support to Revenue Cycle Liaisons across dental, medical, and behavioral health services.
• Assist with KPI reporting, trend analysis, and escalation of issues to the appropriate liaison or billing resource.
• Review patient balances, eligibility, and self-pay responsibilities; assist with billing readiness and patient inquiries.
• Support sliding fee screening workflows and ensure compliance with PHMC policy and FQHC requirements.
