indiGO Auto Group seeks a full-time Billing & Revenue Specialist to join a dynamic dealership accounting team. Responsibilities include recognizing dealership revenue, posting vehicle sales, managing payments, auditing paperwork, and preparing commission reports.

Qualifications

• Accounting or business administration degree or minimum of 2 years billing experience in the automotive industry.
• Excellent math and verbal skills; may be tested.
• Ability to communicate well over the phone and in written correspondence.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Revenue recognition for dealership sales and postings into the accounting system.
• Manage incoming payments, apply receipts, and ensure revenue recognition accuracy.
• Audit deal paperwork for completeness and compliance.
• Prepare salesperson commission reports and ensure timely payments.
• Support management with reporting and special accounting projects.
