Job summary

Columbus Auto Group in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Automotive Biller to accurately process and finalize vehicle sales transactions for new and used vehicles. You will review deal documentation, post transactions in the dealership management system, and coordinate funding and title paperwork across Sales, Finance, and Accounting.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced dealership environment with time-sensitive financial documents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in automotive dealership billing, title, finance, or accounting preferred.
• Understanding of dealership sales transactions and title documentation preferred.
• Experience with dealership management systems such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or Dealertrack preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review new and used vehicle deals for completeness, accuracy, and proper authorization.
• Enter and post vehicle sales transactions in the dealership management system.
• Coordinate funding and title paperwork with lenders and departments.
• Ensure all signatures, disclosures, and required documents are included in each deal.
• Prepare paperwork for cash, financed, leased, wholesale, fleet, and dealer-trade transactions.
• Assist with month-end closing and maintain organized deal files.
