Job summary

State Street is seeking an Officer-level candidate for the Revenue Insight Center to support revenue analytics, budgeting, and forecasting across U.S. business units. The role emphasizes building AI-enabled capabilities to enhance productivity and insights for leadership.

You will work with FP&A, Investor Relations, GAO, andFinance leadership to deliver timely analyses, dashboards, and executive-ready commentary while accelerating the team’s AI-driven transformation agenda.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2–4 years in financial analytics, FP&A, revenue analytics, BI, or related.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, outlook processes, and variance analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with concise executive-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue planning, forecasting, and analysis across assigned Business Units.
• Lead preparation of variance analysis and executive commentary for reviews with FP&A and senior management.
• Prepare monthly Revenue Waterfall analyses and related reports including PPAs.
• Develop dashboards and reporting outputs to reveal revenue trends and drivers.
