Job summary

State Street’s Revenue Insight Center is seeking an Officer-level analyst to join a fast-paced FP&A team in Boston. You will support revenue planning, forecasting, and variance analysis across North America units, develop dashboards, and drive AI-enabled analytics initiatives.

The role requires 2–4 years of financial analytics experience and a Bachelor’s in a related field, with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in financial analytics, FP&A, revenue analytics, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-ready materials.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue planning, forecasting, and analysis across assigned Business Units.
• Lead variance analysis and executive commentary for budgets and outlooks.
• Prepare monthly Revenue Waterfall analyses and related reports.
• Review New/Lost Business and Fee Change events to ensure proper revenue accruals.
• Develop dashboards and reporting outputs to reveal revenue trends and risks.
