Job summary

Firstup is seeking a Revenue Insights Leader to own forecasting, planning, and executive insight across all revenue streams. You will coach a post‑sales analyst team while personally managing pre‑sales analytics, capacity planning, and AI‑driven forecasting enhancements.

The role requires strong financial modeling, advanced Excel/BI, and experience with Salesforce/Clari. You’ll partner with executives to drive predictable revenue and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• 6‑10 years in RevOps, FP&A, or analytics roles; leadership preferred.
• Strong forecasting and financial modeling experience.
• Experience supporting executive‑level decision‑making.
• Advanced Excel/BI skills; familiarity with AI/ML in forecasting a plus.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Salesforce.com and Clari for reporting and dashboards.
• Experience with quota and territory planning methodologies.
• Strong business judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a Revenue Insights Analyst; scale the team as needed.
• Own pre‑sales analytics and planning personally while overseeing output.
• Own forecast methodology and accuracy across revenue streams.
• Lead forecast cadence and executive performance reviews.
• Build and manage capacity models and planning processes.
• Translate performance data into actionable insights and narratives.
• Produce weekly forecast packages and dashboards.
