Job summary

Switch is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to turn complex revenue data into trusted reporting. You will own reporting for pipeline, bookings, revenue, forecasts, and key go-to-market measures, while improving data quality across Salesforce and related systems.

This is an individual contributor role with independent responsibility for complex analysis and recurring leadership updates. You will build and maintain Tableau dashboards and transform data using SQL, Python, and Power Query.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, BI, or related analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce data and downstream reporting.
• Advanced SQL skills with relational datasets.
• Experience building Tableau dashboards for business users.
• Python and Power Query for analysis and automation.
• ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, and data modeling.
• Ability to explain findings to nontechnical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and revenue reports for pipeline, bookings, revenue, and GTM metrics.
• Own recurring Revenue Operations updates and explain performance to leaders.
• Clean, transform, and automate revenue data using SQL, Python, and Power Query.
• Maintain ETL/ELT processes supporting reporting datasets.
• Merge Salesforce and downstream data into reusable datasets with definitions and validation rules.
• Trace data issues from source to reports and implement practical fixes.
• Improve data capture, integrations, and reporting processes to reduce manual work.
• Translate business questions from Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT, and Data into analysis.
