Job summary

The Business Insights Sr. Analyst will be part of the Treasury Solutions Revenue Management team, delivering data-driven reporting that informs pricing strategies and performance insights for Product and Relationship Managers.

You will design and maintain Tableau-based dashboards, lead end-to-end Salesforce and Tableau UI/UX for ~150 users, and collaborate with data scientists to model insights and drive business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science/Analytics, Business Administration, or quantitative field.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, MS Office, other analytics tools & languages
• 3+ years professional experience in an analytical role.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and adapt while focusing on goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience providing business insights from data.
• Expert proficiency with numbers and analytics and experience in analyzing large data sets.
• Ability to manage and develop ongoing client relationships.
• Project management skills for multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with market research, analyzing client behavior.

Responsibilities

• Develop full understanding of Commercial TS Analytics (Tableau dashboards) to maintain and design new self-service dashboards for key KPIs.
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce and Tableau UI/UX for ~150 users in Treasury Solutions.
• Use Excel and Tableau for data analysis, forecasting, and reporting; create visualizations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers to prioritize, test, and implement upgrades (Jira).
• Work with data scientists to develop data models delivering next best product insights.
• Translate business needs into requirements and deliverables; collaborate with partners to deliver solutions.
• Model annual sales goals for specialists across five product suites.
• Build ad-hoc reports for Sales, Product, Finance, and Marketing.
• Create training videos for new users and features.
• Outline and track UI improvements (Salesforce, Alteryx/Tableau).
• Provide analyses to identify trends and inform strategy; present data as a story.
• Ensure accuracy of results and data quality; explain biases when needed.
• Identify opportunities for optimization from large data sets.
• Manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight and hit deadlines.
