Job summary

Baseten is seeking a Revenue Analyst to scale the data foundation behind revenue and usage reporting. This role sits between Finance and Revenue Operations, connecting contract terms, pricing and CPQ data, product usage, metering, billing and invoices into one trusted view of customer revenue.

You will build canonical data marts, production-grade dbt models and dashboards, reconcile metered usage to billed revenue, and support close and forecasting with variance analysis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data analysis or revenue analytics at a high-growth B2B company.
• Advanced SQL and dbt skills with production-grade models, tests and lineage in a cloud data warehouse.
• Hands-on experience with usage-based billing or metering platforms and payment platforms such as Stripe.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production-grade dbt models and dashboards connecting Salesforce, CPQ, contracts, product usage and invoicing.
• Create canonical data marts for customers, products, terms, subscriptions, commitments, credits and invoices.
• Reconcile metered usage to billed revenue and investigate gaps before they affect customers or reporting.
• Partner with Finance/Revenue Ops to define metrics: bookings, commitments, consumption, ARR, NDR and expansion.
• Support monthly close, revenue forecasting and variance analysis with clear documentation.
