Insight Global is seeking a Data Analyst, Revenue Analytics to support revenue cycle analytics, ETL processes, and enterprise reporting initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a BI-related role, healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred.
• Advanced SQL skills with ability to write, troubleshoot, and optimize queries.
• Experience with SQL Server and writing T‑SQL queries in SSMS.
• ETL experience including troubleshooting and data validation.
• Strong Excel skills with Pivot Tables and formulas.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience and Tableau experience.
• SSIS, SSRS, and Visual Studio experience; Databricks exposure.
• Experience with claims, denials, payments, AR, and reimbursement analytics.

Responsibilities

• Query databases, validate data integrity, investigate anomalies, and troubleshoot ETL failures.
• Support data movement processes and deliver actionable insights for finance, operations, and leadership.
• Develop and maintain enterprise reports and dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
