CVS Health is seeking a Sr Analyst, Revenue Cycle Analytics to leverage data to drive insights in a fast-paced environment. The role requires collaboration with Population Health, Business Intelligence, Clinical Documentation and Coding, and Quality teams.

Key duties include supporting claims analysis, data integrity, and coding accuracy, with strong emphasis on analytics, ROI, and cross-functional teamwork to deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
3-5 years in health care revenue cycle or population health reporting
2+ years consulting or related experience in healthcare/population health
Analytical and data savvy with Excel proficiency
Experience with Epic data reporting (Slicer Dicer, Workbench)

Responsibilities

Supports high-impact reporting initiatives across claims analysis, demographic data integrity and coding accuracy.
Analyze data from the EMR and internal databases to create meaningful reports.
Identify trends to drive process improvements and present findings to management.
Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and financial analyses.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Population Health and BI teams.
Maintain accountability and meet timelines with high-quality output.
