Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with medical claim systems and health insurer processes.
• Experience with benefits, adjudication principles, and provider contracts.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data querying.

Responsibilities

• Interpret revenue cycle and financial data; maintain databases and templates for data integrity.
• Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative reports from multiple systems.
• Develop financial and statistical reporting for tracking revenue cycle activities.
• Identify issues affecting performance and update action plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with management to support revenue cycle objectives.
