GGP Services Inc. seeks a Market Research Analyst to deliver data-driven insights for leasing and merchandising strategy. You will analyze data sources, summarize findings for retailer pitches, market analyses, and internal decision-making, bridging data, storytelling, and leasing strategy.

Under the Director, Market Research & Analytics, you will produce retailer materials, enabling informed leasing decisions and defensible research outputs across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Economics, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years in market research, analytics, or commercial real estate.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; GIS and data visualization tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to analyze large datasets into clear, actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare research and data-driven materials for retailer outreach and leasing decisions.
• Assess trade areas, competitors, and market conditions for targeting.
• Compile market and consumer data from established sources for analyses.
• Create reports, maps, charts, and data visualizations communicating opportunities.
• Summarize analytical findings for internal teams and external audiences.
• Track performance indicators like traffic and trade area shifts.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality across reports.
