Job summary

Vacatia is seeking a Revenue Executive to analyze hotel performance and optimize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR through data-driven insights. You will report to the Revenue Manager and translate trends into actionable recommendations, collaborating with multiple teams to improve distribution and profitability.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in revenue analysis, strong Excel skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

1–3 years of hotel revenue analysis or related analytical experience.
Strong numerical and analytical skills; ability to identify trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables).
Basic understanding of occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, or willingness to learn quickly.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Turn Data into Insights: prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace, pickup, and cancellations.
Identify Revenue Opportunities by property, room type, market segment, and booking channel; consider competitor pricing and trends.
Support Pricing and Inventory Accuracy by implementing rate changes, inventory updates, and promotions.
Contribute to Forecasts and Budgets using historical results and market information; explain variances.
Strengthen Distribution Performance by monitoring rates, availability, channel performance, and costs.
Collaborate across departments to investigate reporting discrepancies and optimize promotions and group opportunities.
Build Commercial Judgment by developing pricing recommendations and presenting insights in meetings.
Take on Increasing Responsibility with defined revenue activities as proficiency grows.
