Job description

Headline: Join Vacatia and Build Your Future in Revenue Management

Vacatia is an innovative hospitality company reinventing the vacation rental and ownership experience across discovery, booking, and stay. We’re building the next generation of travel lifestyle products, blending technology, hospitality, and design to create smarter, more connected experiences for guests, owners, and partners.

We’re looking for an analytical, detail-oriented Revenue Executive who will help optimize resort performance through data analysis, reporting, pricing administration, and inventory management. Reporting to a Revenue Manager, you’ll turn booking trends and market insights into recommendations that support occupancy, average daily rate, and revenue growth.

If you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and enjoy connecting data with business decisions, this is your opportunity to grow your expertise at the intersection of hospitality and innovation.

Why You’ll Love Working at Vacatia

Build Your Future: Develop revenue management expertise through structured coaching, mentoring, and hands‑on experience in forecasting, pricing, inventory, and distribution.

Impact That Matters: Help improve resort performance and profitability while supporting positive guest and owner experiences.

Learn Across the Business: Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and resort operations to understand what drives commercial success.

Grow Your Ownership: Take on increasingly complex analyses, present recommendations, and assume defined revenue responsibilities as your skills develop.

Culture of Growth: Bring your curiosity and initiative to a collaborative environment that values learning, feedback, and continuous improvement. This role is designed to build readiness for a future Revenue Manager opportunity, with progression based on performance, demonstrated readiness, and business needs.

Your Impact

Turn Data into Insights: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports tracking occupancy, average daily rate, revenue per available room, booking pace, pickup, and cancellations.

Identify Revenue Opportunities: Analyze results by property, room type, market segment, and booking channel, incorporating competitor pricing, local events, and demand trends.

Support Pricing and Inventory Accuracy: Implement approved rate changes, inventory updates, and booking restrictions while reviewing availability, rate plans, and promotions for consistency.

Contribute to Forecasts and Budgets: Gather historical results, reservation data, and market information; track performance against expectations; and help explain variances.

Strengthen Distribution Performance: Monitor rates, availability, channel performance, and acquisition costs across direct booking channels, online travel agencies, and other partners.

Collaborate to Solve Problems: Work across departments to investigate reporting discrepancies, resolve booking and distribution issues, and evaluate promotions and group opportunities.

Build Commercial Judgment: Develop pricing recommendations under leadership guidance and progressively present insights in revenue strategy meetings.

Take on Increasing Responsibility: Complete development projects and assume defined revenue activities or property assignments with appropriate oversight as your proficiency grows.

What You Bring

Typically 1–3 years of experience in hotel revenue analysis, reservations, distribution, front office operations, finance, or a related analytical function.

Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, investigate discrepancies, and communicate findings clearly.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data organization.

A basic understanding of hotel performance measures, including occupancy, average daily rate, and revenue per available room — or the ability to learn them quickly.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage recurring deadlines and shifting priorities.

Effective written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across departments.

Curiosity, initiative, openness to feedback, and a demonstrated interest in developing into a Revenue Manager.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field; an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Familiarity with property management systems, central reservation systems, revenue management systems, or channel management platforms.

Experience in hotels, resorts, vacation rentals, or vacation ownership.
