Job summary

Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club in Miami Beach is seeking a Revenue Manager/Revenue Analyst to maximize hotel revenue, implement pricing strategies, and analyze market trends to drive growth. The role combines analytical rigor with strategic execution in a luxury hospitality setting.

You will prepare and analyze Revenue Management Reports, support the Director of Revenue Management, and collaborate with Revenue and Sales teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field (preferred).
Experience with travel industry reservation systems and hotel property management systems required.
Previous experience in revenue management, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in revenue management systems and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and anaylsis of Revenue Management Reports and presentations.
Assist in the execution of strategies as outlined by the Director of Revenue Management.
Provide analytical and administrative support to the Revenue and Sales teams.
Assisting in the education and development of others in the area of Revenue Management.
