Vacatia, Inc. seeks an analytical Revenue Executive to optimize resort performance through data analysis, pricing administration, and inventory management.

Reporting to a Revenue Manager, you’ll translate booking trends into recommendations that support occupancy, ADR, and revenue growth. In a fast-paced hospitality environment, you’ll collaborate across departments to forecast, report, and monitor performance; implement rate changes and promotions; and contribute to budgets while building core

Qualifications

• Strong numerical and analytical skills with ability to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Proficiency with Excel including formulas and pivot tables.
• Bachelor’s degree in a hospitality/business/analytics-related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR reports.
• Analyze results by property, room type, market, and channel to identify opportunities.
• Implement approved rate changes and inventory updates while reviewing promotions.
• Contribute to forecasts and budgets with historical and market data.
• Monitor distribution performance across direct, OTAs, and partners.
