Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Revenue Accounting Manager to join the Revenue Accounting Projects Team. You will lead process improvements, ensure proper US GAAP application, and collaborate across Finance and Compliance teams to support the monthly close and ad-hoc projects.

The role emphasizes SOX compliance, internal controls, and cross-functional partnerships. The role is hybrid with in-office presence required three days per week, reporting to the Revenue Accounting Director within Worldwide

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of accounting experience, preferably in tech or related industries.
• Experience with SOX control documentation/execution and close processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal process improvement initiatives for reporting and accounting procedures.
• Implement process improvements across revenue accounting and related controls.
• Assist in monthly worldwide accounting close and journal entries.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Revenue Operations, Treasury, Tax, SEC Reporting, IT and Compliance teams.
• Support SOX-related testing and maintain documentation.
