Creative Financial Staffing, LLC in Windsor, CT seeks a Revenue & Accounting Operations Manager to bridge Operations and Accounting, ensuring accurate transaction flow from customer order through billing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.

You will lead a five-person team, own end-to-end order-to-cash processes, partner with Sales, Service, IT, and leadership, and drive ERP optimization and process improvements to support growth and accuracy. Salary: $90,000-$115,000 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in accounting/ops.
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, invoicing, revenue recognition, and GL.
• ERP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Operations and Accounting, ensuring accurate transaction flow through A/P, A/R, invoicing, revenue recognition, and the General Ledger.
• Lead the end-to-end order-to-cash process from customer order through billing, collections, and financial reporting.
• Manage and develop a five-person team supporting order administration, invoicing, and transaction processing.
• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Sales, Service, IT, and leadership to improve processes, strengthen controls, and ensure financial accuracy.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements and ERP optimization.
