Job summary

Iterable, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Accounting Manager to oversee revenue recognition and cash conversion, participate in the deal desk, structure contracts, and ensure favorable terms for new business and renewals. Lead ASC 606 compliance and drive scalable close processes.

This role partners with Sales, Customer Success, Sales Operations, Legal and other cross-functional teams to optimize processes and implement automation and AI-driven enhancements in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA required.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and SaaS revenue recognition (ASC 606).
• Experience with NetSuite (ARM) and Salesforce CPQ recommended.
• Advanced Excel skills for data synthesis and analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain complex topics simply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Revenue, Commissions, month-end close, flux analysis, and reconciliations.
• Review accounts receivable, allowance for doubtful accounts, and deferred revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Sales Ops, Legal, and others daily.
• Ensure revenue contracts are recorded per ASC 606.
• Explain revenue accounting guidance clearly to business teams.
