Job summary

Iterable is seeking a Revenue Accounting Manager to oversee revenue recognition, cash conversion, and deal desk activities within a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will structure contracts, ensure ASC 606 compliance, and drive automation with AI-enabled tools.

Join a dynamic team focused on scalable processes and collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to optimize revenue operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
Strong understanding of US GAAP and SaaS ASC 606.
Experience with Netsuite (ARM) and Salesforce CPQ.
Advanced Excel with ability to analyze large data sets.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset to support leadership.
Process-driven with ability to document and standardize close procedures and controls.
Ability to leverage AI-driven tools to automate revenue processes.

Responsibilities

Oversee revenue recognition and cash conversion processes.
Contribute to deal desk, pricing contracts, and deal structuring for new business and renewals.
Ensure ASC 606 compliant recording of revenue contracts.
Explain complex revenue guidance in plain English to business teams.
Drive automation and AI adoption across revenue accounting.
Serve as owner for ad hoc revenue accounting projects.
Coordinate with external auditors for orders-to-cash audits.
