Job summary

Orbus in Illinois is seeking a Customer Support Associate to act as an ambassador for the company, owning customer issues from start to finish with autonomy to resolve them promptly.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer return cases from initial contact to final resolution.
• Process credits, replacements, rebills and shipping reroutes for same-day resolution.
• Keep customers informed with clear, proactive updates via phone and email.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure replacements are manufactured and shipped on time.
