Responsibilities

• Process RA vendor debit authorizations and trace returns via UPS and other carriers.
• Follow up on RA returns to ensure timely updates.
• Follow up on pending authorizations promptly.
• Run reports to create quality notifications and submit vendor authorizations.
• Update quality notifications with vendor return authorizations.
• Coordinate with other departments and manufacturers to complete returns.
• Manage time effectively and meet personal and team goals.
• Handle returns to balance customer experience with company costs.
• Own the returns database and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate inaccuracies and correct them as needed.
• Operate copier, OnBase scanner, and computer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

The Returns Representativeis responsible for accurately handling returns processes to ensure ultimate internal and external customer satisfaction along with maintaining accurate recordings. Ideal candidate has intermediate knowledge of Excel, SAP, both verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to work 100% Onsite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 to 4 years’ experience in customer service, or related transferable skills
• Customer-centric and Internet savvy
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills
• IntermediateMS Office skills
• Ability to manage workflow processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Restaurant supply/commercial food service experience
• 1 year SAP experience

Responsibilities

• Processes RA Vendor Debit Authorization Report by verifying each return to vendor via tracing through UPS, and other common carriers
• Follows up on return of RA’s updated before the actual return
• Follows up on pending authorizations in a timely manner
• Run reports to create new quality notifications and submit authorization form to vendors daily
• Update quality notifications with vendor return authorizationsNon-Stock label processing for internal/external customers
• Ability to communicate with other departments and manufacturers for return completion
• Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the distribution team.
• Handle returns in a manner that supports our No Hassle returns experience for the customer while balancing the financial impact to the company.
• Ownership of returns database and ensures accurate records.
• Communicate and correct inaccuracies appropriately.
