Job summary

NRI Distribution is seeking a Returns Clerk in Fontana, CA to organize and complete warranty, quality control, repairs, and returns duties for products from active lifestyle clients. You will work with a team, maintain accuracy, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3+ months in Returns, proficiency with MS Office, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Shift is Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm, with benefits and staff programs available.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ months of experience in the Returns department.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all returns are processed in a timely manner and per client requirements.
• Input returns information into the system.
• Communicate with clients via email and reporting.
• Perform quality control on returns and warranty claims.
• Follow safety rules, procedures, and SOPs.

AsaReturnsClerk, you will play an important part of theReturnsteambyorganizing and completing all warranty, quality control, repairsand returns duties. You’ll be working with productsfrom awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Ability to learnbasic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities

The Must Haves:

• Must have3+ months ofexperiencein the Returns department
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• ProficientwithMicrosoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel
• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.
