Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc. is seeking a Returns Specialist I to oversee receipt, verification, and delivery of customer firearms brought to the facility. The role involves processing returns for the repair shop and coordinating with the customer service team to resolve issues.

You will work in a manufacturing environment, stand for long shifts (8–12 hours), and adhere to safety and EH&S requirements while maintaining accurate records and inventory control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or related experience or training, or equivalent combination.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer owned firearms to be distributed into the custom shop for repair.
• Receive credits from returned/refused merchandise and expedite the shipment of merchandise back to Pease for future sales.
• Process law enforcement contract repairs/swaps in a timely manner.
• Communicate with customer service group on a daily basis to help fiz issues with receiving in repairs/credits.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
