Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or equivalent experience.
• Typically no prior work experience as it is an entry-level position.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic assembly experience and the ability to learn procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review, repair, and upgrade customer firearms returned for service or upgrade.
• Perform basic firearms assembly procedures per work instructions.
• Work independently and with team members including engineering and customer service.
• Follow safety and ISO procedures and participate in 5S and sustainment activities.
• Maintain on-site attendance, punctuality, and willingness to work overtime or alternate shifts.
