Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc. is seeking a Service & Repair Technician I in New Hampshire to inspect, repair, and upgrade customer firearms returned for service. You will perform assembly procedures and work closely with Service & Repair Technicians, Engineering, and Customer Service teams.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and adherence to procedures, with shifts ranging 8–12 hours and potential overtime based on business needs. Entry-level opportunity with on-site work at our NH facility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Entry-level position with minimal prior experience.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
• Ability to communicate to supervision in English, verbally and in writing.
• Follow safety and ISO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic entry/navigation in Oracle and Agile to process work orders.
• Tear down and assemble SIG firearms.
• Follow department procedures and sustain 5S practices.
• Engage in continuous improvement projects and tasks.
• Regular on-site attendance and potential overtime based on needs.
