Job summary

NEWEGG is seeking personnel to sort, prioritize, and route incoming packages in a fast-paced environment. You will inspect returned items, document findings, and coordinate with teammates to resolve issues while following safety standards.

The role emphasizes accurate inspection, strong communication, and teamwork to improve returns processing and support company objectives. Flexible hours and physical effort may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be available to work occasional nights, holidays and weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have strong computer skills, including MS Word and Outlook.
• Good listening skills.
• Ability to form partnership with department and gain intimate knowledge of department operations.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with desire to continuously improve operations.

Responsibilities

• Sort, prioritize, and route incoming packages.
• Handle packages in preparation for processing including opening boxes and initial inspection.
• Verify customers returns according to type and procedures.
• Document inspection results and communicate findings to the team.
• Collaborate with team members and management to troubleshoot issues.
• Adhere to company and safety standards during inspections and handling.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance returns processing.
• Other duties as assigned
