Job summary

GritrSports.com is seeking a Warehouse - Product Returns Inspector (Tier 1) to join our Warehouse and Distribution team. You will process customer returns, sort and categorize inventory, and interface with vendors to handle defective items, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.

The role requires attention to detail, reliable work habits, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally. Full-time, with competitive benefits and a standard Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must read and write English.
• Candidates must be 18 or older and fluent in English for safety purposes.

Responsibilities

• Count and sort returned inventory on arrival.
• Categorize inventory by quality.
• Clean and repack inventory.
• File cases and disputes on damaged items.
• Work with vendors to return defective items.
