Job summary

Point Blank Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a warehouse returns specialist to process and enter returned merchandise, disassemble items for restocking, and coordinate with Production to meet timelines.

The role requires attention to inventory accuracy and preparing RMF/RMA documentation to support shipping activities. Experience with ERP/inventory systems and JESTA or similar software is preferred, along with strong English language skills to communicate clearly within the team and documentation.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with professional speaking, reading, and writing.
• Experience with ERP, inventory management, or warehouse systems is preferred.
• Experience in returns processing, logistics, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Experience with JESTA or similar enterprise software systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter returned merchandise transactions with high accuracy.
• Disassemble returned items to prepare components for restocking or re-entry.
• Coordinate with Production to meet timelines.
• Generate packing slips for RMF and RMC orders.
• Verify inventory accuracy with physical checks.
• Prepare RMF/RMA documentation for shipping and inventory control.
• Maintain records and documentation for returns processing.
