Job summary

Capital Electric is hiring an Inventory Control Returns Specialist to manage all inventory return activities, ensuring accurate processing, documentation, and disposition of returned stock, defective, and non-stock items. You will work with Operations, Warehouse, Purchasing, Accounting, Sales and Distribution to improve accuracy and reduce costs.

Responsibilities include processing stock and defective returns, RGAs, cycle counts, and supporting outbound shipping. Forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years Fulfillment/Distribution and Inventory Control experience (preferably in electrical industry) with leadership exposure.
• Advanced knowledge of word processing, Excel, Outlook; experience with WMS (preferably Eclipse).
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate the return of stock inventory at the Central Distribution Center (CDC).
• Process and coordinate the return of defective inventory.
• Manage the return of non-stock materials to manufacturers using Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs).
• Maintain accurate records of all return transactions and support documentation.
• Support cycle count activities to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with outbound freight picking and shipping.
