Job summary

Brobston Group in Paramus, NJ, is seeking a Merchandising Operations Associate to support merchandise flow, replenishment, and presentation across departments. You will help maintain an organized back-of-house and selling floor, ensuring a positive customer experience.

You will also assist on the sales floor, process transfers and returns, manage inventory tasks, and participate in store leadership projects as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with warehouse duties in a retail, customer service, or sales environment preferred.
• Strong time management skills and ability to manage changing priorities.
• Knowledge of fashion industry and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to use radios, POS registers, ticket scanners, and sensor removers.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and distribute merchandise to departments, replenishing products as needed.
• Maintain selling-floor and fitting-room standards, including organizing go-backs, markdowns, fixtures, and signage.
• Process merchandise transfers, customer sends, and returns to vendors.
• Keep back-of-house areas clean and organized, and follow asset protection procedures.
• Respond to customer questions and assist on the sales floor when needed.
• Complete tasks and special projects assigned by store leadership.
