Lowe's is seeking a Back-End Clerk to support the Receiving Office and backroom operations. You will process customer returns, handle RTV/RTM tasks, and ensure accurate documentation and inventory updates.

The role includes coordinating vendor credits, supporting receiving, and maintaining orderly backroom areas. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of experience with merchandise receiving, inventory, or related administrative tasks.

Formación

• 1 year of experience processing and filing merchandise receiving paperwork.
• 1 year of experience with store inventory receiving and administration.
• 6 months of experience in warehouse data entry or bookkeeping.
• 6 months of experience communicating with vendors or customers regarding returns, payments, or contract fulfillment.
• 6 months of retail experience accepting or processing returns.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer returns following company policies.
• Execute RTV and RTM processes with documentation and packing.
• Coordinate vendor credits and replacements per guidelines.
• Sort and disposition returned merchandise (restock, return, dispose).
• Maintain records of all return transactions and related documentation.
• Assist with receiving shipments and verifying merchandise against shipping docs.
