Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Back-End Clerk in Tulsa to process customer returns in line with company policies and manage RTV/RTM activities.

You will coordinate with vendors for credits or replacements and ensure proper documentation and packaging for shipments. The role requires maintaining accurate return records, assisting with receiving, updating inventory systems, labeling, storing, and routing merchandise.

Qualifications

• Ability to process returns per policies.
• Experience with RTV/RTM and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process customer returns following company policies.
• Execute RTV/RTM processes including packaging and shipment prep.
• Coordinate vendor credits and replacements as needed.
• Sort and disposition returned merchandise based on condition.
• Maintain records of all return transactions and related docs.
• Assist with receiving, unloading trucks, and verifying merchandise.
• Process receiving paperwork and update inventory systems.
• Ensure items are labeled, stored, and routed correctly.
• Support inventory accuracy with routine checks and report discrepancies.
• Generate reports on returns, damaged goods, and inventory exceptions.
• Coordinate with receiving/store teams for efficient product flow.
• Maintain backroom and return area organization.
• Follow safety procedures for material handling and hazardous materials.
• Identify and handle hazardous or restricted items.
• Provide basic customer return inquiries support.
• Communicate with vendors or manufacturers for returns, credits, or replacements.
• Support at Receiving Office including record retention and truck schedules.
• May handle other duties as assigned.
