Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Returns Coordinator to track invoices, scan in Synergy, prepare documents for Credit Department, and process beer keg returns in the warehouse.

You will ensure inventory accuracy, create keg return invoices in SAP, and resolve discrepancies quickly. The role requires warehouse experience, strong data entry and communication skills, and proficiency with SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or its equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2 years warehouse experience.
• SAP experience a plus.
• Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between warehouse and finance to communicate returns and financial impacts.
• Compile delivery tickets daily from Driver Check In and scan into Synergy.
• List missing invoices daily against manifest and follow up within 24 hours.
• Prepare invoices with checks for Credit Department daily with proper back up.
• Create and maintain a keg return worksheet and schedule for pickup; input into SAP/Winshuttle as needed.
• Run reports to validate accuracy of returns; liaise with Credit for discrepancies.
