Job summary

Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a Returns Coordinator to support real-time delivery releases across multiple systems. The role requires auditing and adjusting inventory data, coordinating with Delivery Managers, Depots, Customer Care, and Returns teams to resolve issues and improve accuracy.

You will perform SAP ER1/EW1 adjustments, review service results, and ensure billing accuracy while maintaining high customer satisfaction and efficient warehouse processes within a hybrid remote setup.

Qualifications

• Comfort with multi-system checks and data auditing.
• Strong communication with internal teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Identify and perform SAP ER1/EW1 adjustments in real time while auditing delivery and service results.
• Resolve inventory inaccuracies through all stages of the supply chain.
• Run manual-override warehouse processes for escalated issues to improve accuracy.
• Coordinate with Store/Accounting/Customer Care to align PGI/PGR documentation.
