Job summary

Greenworks, a leading global manufacturer, seeks an Inventory Returns Processor to manage inbound returns and keep SAP records accurate. You will collaborate across warehouse operations, supply chain planning, and finance to protect inventory integrity.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in inventory control, strong Excel and SAP skills, and attention to detail. Weekend/overtime availability and a commitment to safety are expected.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in an inventory control related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with Excel, Access, SAP or similar tools.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory control processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and adapt to change.
• Knowledge of OSHA warehouse safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records in SAP.
• Audit warehouse inventory and root cause variances.
• Coordinate cycle counts on a defined basis.
• Support physical inventory audits and record results.
• Receive, count, and verify stock items; document data.
• Verify inventory against counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Issue materials to customers or coworkers based on orders.
• Dispose of damaged or defective items and flag obsolete stock.
