Job summary

You will review documentation, manage inventory counts, and ensure SAP vs physical inventory alignment while handling confidential data and coordinating with the Logistics Analyst to resolve route discrepancies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in logistics or related field preferred.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics experience or related administrative support.
• Experience with physical inventory counts required; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Drive; strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organization, time management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential inventory and financial information.

Responsibilities

• Process inventory returns and customer credits in SAP with accuracy.
• Validate warehouse documentation before processing credits.
• Receive and inspect returned goods, verify physical inventory.
• Process credits for damaged or returned merchandise per procedures.
• Maintain digital records of damaged product disposal.
• Review credit requests for pricing discrepancies and adjustments.
• Prepare approval docs for credits beyond authorization limits.
• Organize manifests, invoices, and logistics paperwork.
• Coordinate with Logistics Analyst to resolve route discrepancies.
• Support inventory accuracy through proper reconciliation.
• Maintain SAP, Excel, and Google Drive records.
• Follow safety procedures and warehouse standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
